Cabot Cliffs instantly rocketed into the world's top 20 upon opening. Perched high above the Gulf of St. Lawrence on Cape Breton Island, every hole offers jaw-dropping ocean panoramas. The par-3 16th, played from cliffside to a green nestled in a natural cove, is one of golf's great holes.
